Due to the perishable nature of our gourmet cupcakes, we cannot accept returns once the product has left our bakery. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact our guest services team within 24 hours so we can make it right.

Return Process

    Include your order number and a brief description of the problem, along with photos of the cupcakes and packaging if applicable.

    Our bakery management will review your request to determine eligibility for a replacement, store credit, or a refund based on the specific circumstances.

    Resolution

    Once approved, we will coordinate a fresh delivery, issue a digital gift card, or process a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
