We bake every order from scratch and use specialized insulated packaging with cold packs. Our express shipping partners ensure your cupcakes arrive moist and delicious within 24 to 48 hours.

Yes! We have a dedicated selection of vegan and gluten-free flavors. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, please note that our kitchen also handles flour and dairy.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?

Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select a specific delivery date from our calendar to ensure your treats arrive perfectly timed for your special event.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.

How should I store my cupcakes once they arrive?

For the best experience, enjoy them at room temperature. If you aren't eating them immediately, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, or freeze them for up to 2 weeks.
